A course (over four consecutive Mondays - for Mindful In May) exploring the art of awareness, to support the wellbeing (of body and mind) and counteract the stressors of modern day living.
You will explore and learn breath work, meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, the power of thoughts and beliefs and how to live a more nourishing life of ease, flow, clarity and calmness.

A rest class (event) with a difference.
Held each fortnight (mainly on a Sunday), this popular class is an invitation to press pause and enjoy some quality time-out, nourishing and restoring the body (and mind). No yoga experience is required, just the longing to rest and/or take a little time-out from doing, ‘all the things’.
A nourishing and mindful way to farewell the weekend and welcome in a new week.
