I invite you to bring a more nourishing, gentler and kinder approach to your way of life (movement, mindset, stillness and nutrition). This is my simple - yet powerful - antidote to counter the stressors and ‘busy-ness’ of modern day living, supporting (and nourishing) the wellbeing of your body and mind, allowing you to live - life - with more ease and flow.

I offer small and intimate classes (and events) in mindful movement, conscious breath and restorative stillness for wellbeing of body and mind from my home based studio in Brooklet - a stones throw from the village of Newrybar (in the picturesque and peaceful hinterland of Byron Bay).

A monthly rest class with a difference. Sunset. Savasana. And champagne. This class is an invitation to press pause and recalibrate your nervous system. No yoga experience needed, just a longing for some precious time-out, from doing ‘all the things’.

I am teaming up with my beautiful friend (and essential oils educator) Carolyn Farrow to bring you an afternoon of soulful self-care. This event is dedicated to slowing down and deeply nourishing your nervous system.
Enjoy gentle movement, sweet restorative stillness and the magic of doTERRA’s plant medicine to nurture and support your nervous system.
As well as recalibrating your nervous system, you’ll learn simple daily rejuvenating practices for your adrenals, body and mind.
