mindful movement . restorative stillness . nourished living

Hi I’m Georgia,

Yoga teacher, holistic wellness and lifestyle coach and forever a student-of-life.

Here to live life well and support you to do the same.

I invite you to bring a more nourishing, gentler and kinder approach to your way of life (movement, mindset, stillness and nutrition). This is my simple - yet powerful - antidote to counter the stressors and ‘busy-ness’ of modern day living, supporting (and nourishing) the wellbeing of your body and mind, allowing you to live - life - with more ease and flow.

Less, being BUSY…… More BEING.

G xx

I offer small and intimate classes (and events) in mindful movement, conscious breath and restorative stillness for wellbeing of body and mind from my home based studio in Brooklet - a stones throw from the village of Newrybar (in the picturesque and peaceful hinterland of Byron Bay).

yoga for wellbeing

Gentle mindful movement, breath and rest classes, in the peaceful hinterland of Byron Bay.

class timetable

Weekly schedule of (intentionally small) classes on offer, from my yoga and wellbeing studio, in Brooklet (Byron Bay hinterland).

savasana + champagne

A monthly rest class with a difference. Sunset. Savasana. And champagne. This class is an invitation to press pause and recalibrate your nervous system. No yoga experience needed, just a longing for some precious time-out, from doing ‘all the things’.

nourish your nervous system

Deep care and replenishment for your body, naturally.

If you’ve been feeling tired, fatigued, frazzled, overwhelmed or over-scheduled,

this is for you.

I am teaming up with my beautiful friend (and essential oils educator) Carolyn Farrow to bring you an afternoon of soulful self-care. This event is dedicated to slowing down and deeply nourishing your nervous system.

Enjoy gentle movement, sweet restorative stillness and the magic of doTERRA’s plant medicine to nurture and support your nervous system.

As well as recalibrating your nervous system, you’ll learn simple daily rejuvenating practices for your adrenals, body and mind.

This soulful self-care event will leave you feeling renewed and deeply rested.
Your Sunday self care never felt so good.

Light refreshments, take home oily goodness and all props for your comfort are included.

 When: Sunday 24th November 2 – 4.30pm

Where: Brooklet Wellbeing Studio (you will receive the address on booking)

Cost: $35

thanks to my lovely students & clients for their kind words

Georgia you have created a beautiful and welcoming studio where I can simply just be and let go (of work, life, etc.). Somehow you’ve managed to remove the stigmatism of the ‘back bending, active wearing yoga’ without compromising the craft. A true gift! I love coming to your classes and the savasana and champagne experience - they undoubtedly improve my tomorrow.

I absolutely LOVE my weekly sessions with Georgia. She has a way of making yoga feel fun yet restful and energising. I can’t recommend Georgia enough, especially if you’re new-to-yoga like I was.
— Genola De Jong
I absolutely LOVE my yoga class with Georgia. Sometimes it’s hard for me to get there, but its well worth the effort. She has a magical way of making everyone feel so comfortable and accepted.
Her class is just the right amount of ‘work’ and deep relaxation. Georgia is an inspiriation to be around and this is also reflected in her teaching.
When you’ve done a class with Georgia, you leave feeling so centred and at peace with the world, and whats not to love about that?!

It has taken me many years to find a yoga class that feels right and works for my body and mind. Georgia is a beautiful teacher/guide- insightful, intuitive and nurturing.
She creates a safe environment to develop the practice... I am so grateful I found her.
— Angelica Arrnott
Georgia has mastered the art of grounding you at the beginning of a class even when you have arrived with chaotic head energy. She then takes you through a gentle yet powerful movement class that brings you back into your body leaving you mindful, present and invigorated.
